☿ Pre-Order = Please allow within 1 to 2 WEEKS for delivery since items are imported, vendor deliver to us then we send to you within 3 days. Ready Stock only take 1 - 3 working days. (Malaysian)
☿No CANCELLING order when order and payment has been made.

☿Check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of order item is incorrect. We does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier.
☿When you return it must be in same condition,original packaging,all tags and product attached.We only accept serious damages,like big hole,big part of stain unwashable.Sold out item is not refundable.If you want same stock,you need to bear for all delivery cost.

paid-First served. After
replaced order, you will be given 2 days to make payment otherwise, order
automatically cancelled. We will contact you within 2 days of given period of
payment if your order item is find sold out before you pay. If item is
unexpectedly just found out of stock after payment has been made,
we will give you management solution to choose. Please refer to out of stock
policy.

Period given : 2days
a) Refund back money is ALLOWED.
b) Credit
money as a
PREPAID for future puchase
c) Replace to other item (If higher price, you
need to pay the balance to proceed delivery, If lower, the balance
will automatically credited)
d) Restock item (2weeks or longer)
*once choice made, there is no cancelling for order
item replace. If we didn't get the answer within 2days, your balance will
automatically credit to your prepaid account.
☿ We also offer booking service for people who can't pay full payment in a short time,to avoid out of stock. To booking your items, within 2days
you can pay (- RM10 per item) as deposit. After you manage to make full
payment, we will deliver your reserved items. Please email or pm us in facebook
if you want to reserved order, together with order details. We will give you a
reserved/booking invoice. Item only reserved after deposit payment has been made.
Inform us the payment details after every payment of First payment and second
payment.

Full payment of reserved item is
advice to make a payment within 45days otherwise order will
automatically cancel after the time given and available for other to purchase.
Money is NOT REFUNDABLE, ITEM SIZE, COLOR & QUANTITY CANNOT BE CHANGED for
reserved item.
